Le Conseil d’Administration d’ICRA a le plaisir d’inviter les adherent(e)s a participer a l’Assemblee Generale d’ICRA International.

Ce sera une occasion de nous retrouver ou de faire connaissance, de participer a la vie de votre association, de rencontrer les responsables de groupes regionaux ou de sections nationales et les responsables de commissions ou de programmes de terrain.

A noter qu’a l’occasion de votre sejour a Bruxelles, vous pourrez assister aux journees Peuples Autochtones organisees par ICRA Belgique a l’espace Senghor les 28, 29 et 30 mai en apres-midi et en soiree.

Pour les personnes directement concernees par les programmes de terrain menes dans les cadres d’Akassa et du FMCA, nous prevoyons de tenir les Assemblees Generales de ces deux departements d’ICRA le samedi 29 mai 2004 de 9h a 12h30 a la meme adresse que l’AG d’ICRA.

Si vous souhaitez etre heberge a Bruxelles pour la nuit du 29 ou les nuits du 28 et 29 mai, ou si vous habitez Bruxelles et que vous ayez la possibilite d’heberger une ou plusieurs personnes, grand merci de bien vouloir nous en informer le plus rapidement possible (a l’aide du coupon reponse joint au prochain courrier adresse aux adherent(e)s).

Dans tous les cas, nous vous demandons expressement de bien vouloir nous renvoyer le formulaire ci-joint pour nous indiquer votre intention d’assister ou de ne pas assister a cette Assemblee Generale et, dans ce cas, attribuer eventuellement votre pouvoir a un autre membre d’ICRA pour les votes.

The Board of directors of ICRA is pleased to invite the adhérent(e)s to take part in the General meeting of ICRA International.

It will be an occasion to find us or make knowledge, to take part in the life of your association, to meet the persons in charge for regional groups or sections national and the persons in charge for commissions or programs of ground.

It should be noted that at the time of your stay in Brussels, you will be able to assist at the days Peuples Autochtones organized by ICRA Belgium with Senghor space the 28, May 29 and 30 in afternoon and evening.

For the people directly concerned with the programs of ground carried out within the frameworks of Akassa and the FMCA, we envisage to hold the General Assemblies of these two departments of ICRA saturdays May 29 2004 of 9h with 12h30 with the same address as AG of ICRA.
